What is skill stacking? I would like to say that skill stacking is piling your different skills on a one pile even when they have nothing in common.

The idea of a talent stack is that you can combine ordinary skills until you have enough of the right kind to be extraordinary. -Scott Adams This quotation cleared the whole skill stacking consept for me.
The skill stacking article made me think about my skills and how they help me in school and work tasks without me even noticing. I find it hard sometimes to belive in my own talents because I haven’t mastered any of them. My top skills stacked are broblem solving, negotiation, writing and independence. I would say that I am alright on all of those skills and they give me good abilities to do a lot of things.
Skill stacking is a powerful strategy for personal and professional success, it encourages continous learning and personal growth. As indivisuals explore new areas of interest and develop additional skills, they cultivate a mindset of curiosity and resilience. So skill stacking approaches careers and also personal life it fosters a sense of fullfillment and confidence.
How to build a skill stack (My opinion)
1) Identify a core skill Start with a skill that serves as your foundation, so a skill that you are already good at or something that you are very interested in for example writing, wich is one of my best skills.
2) Add complementary skills Next step is to think of skills that complement your core skill for example if your main skill was that writing, learning imagionation and graphic designing could give you good chance to be some kind of author. That was just an example.
3) Learn efficiently Use every possible way to develop new skills some examples are online courses and books. Instead of trying to become an expert in everything, aim for proficiency- being ”good enough” to apply the skill effectivery in combination with others.
4) Apply and literate Practice intergrating your skills in projects, whether trough work, freelancing or personal ventures, the more you use them together, the more natural and effective your skill stack becomes.
